Specialising in financial management and leadership, Tara brings demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and strengths based, community-focussed solutions. Tara’s passion for social justice and equity aligns perfectly with Dawn House strategic vision and as the Treasurer, Tara is responsible for the financial administration of the organisation, and using these strong results to ensure the financial viability and future growth of Dawn House.

Sita has worked as a leader in the not for profit sector, Government and emergency services for most of her career. Sita brings her passion for innovation and best practice to her role on the board in service of improving the lives of vulnerable women and children.

Georgia is a marketing and communications professional with experience in both the private and public sectors. Georgia is a strong advocate for volunteer work and helping vulnerable people within her community. Keen to utilise her skills to further the important work of Dawn House, Georgia is responsible for marketing and fundraising activities to raise awareness for domestic and family violence services and prevention in Darwin.

As the business owner and Managing Director of The BelRose Group, she has excelled in driving organisational growth, cultural transformation, and strategic planning. Bel has extensive leadership expertise in people and culture, employee engagement, industrial relations, organisational redesign and executive remuneration.  Bel’s commitment to mental health and wellbeing, along with her proven ability to foster positive workplace cultures, aligns perfectly with the ethos of Dawn House.
