Implementing the Journey Mapping Report
A Safer Journey for Victim/Survivors of Domestic and Family Violence in the NT – Implementing the Journey Mapping Report

In November 2018 a workshop was held to explore the journeys of victim/survivors of family and domestic violence as they engaged with the justice system in the Northern Territory.

The purpose of the workshop was to use insights from interviews with victim/survivors to reflect on what needs to change in the system, particularly across policing, courts and corrections, to better meet their needs.

The report captures the research that was presented at the workshop, and the opportunities for change identified by participants. Some of those changes need to be progressed by individual organisations and agencies, while others can be achieved by collaborative cross-agency work.
